Ah the rules... no one wants to be a party pooper but we do want ALL of our guests to have the best stay possible. For this reason, here are just a few rules we politely request you follow so that everyone can enjoy this quiet and restful space.
EVENTS
- Workshops, retreats and treatments are regularly organised at The Dragonfly, but they must be arranged directly with us. Parties are not permitted.
GENERAL
- Please take care of the furnishings
- Please be respectful of our neighbours. We have 2 shared wall and although the house is pretty well insulated, excessive noise will result in a noise complaint and potentially a fine. - Parking is on a first come first served basis and is on-street
- Before checkout: please start the dishwasher and put out the rubbish
PETS
- Are welcome at the Dragonfly but only one at a time.
- Animals must be accompanied by their owners at all times.
- Pet-sitting services are available upon request for an additional fee.
- We reserve the right to charge the guest for any damage done to the property by a pet. This includes cleaning bills for pets who have "marked their territory"
Any additional costs incurred as a result of not following the above guidelines will be billed to guests. Including but not limited to: noise complaint fines, excessive cleaning charges and the cost of repairing/replacing damaged items.
